My name is Dave Parise... but more importantly is my role as a certified Personal Trainer, and lifestyle consultant. I accommodate the challenging schedules of my clients. I would like you to think differently about a fitness lifestyle. Regardless of your title, position, or role in society, you are your own product. My role is not only to educate you, moreover to provide a constant level of motivation. I plan everything from the meals to the systematic conditioning modalities. I will provide the entire package. My role is to train you with :movements that matter". I only deliver the most optimal and safest ways possible. My quest is to fit seamlessly into your fast paced lifestyle. Traveling is expected while delivering a nurturing, pampering, and professional relationship.
I believe Personal Trainers should listen, focus, and bring clients to a unsurpassed fitness level. The challenge is to do what your hired to do- and then some. Its not about showing up on location, it goes farther than you can imagine. My mantra- "The focus is on you and only you" This is my thought process.
